Conveyor Technologies offers aluminum and steel stands with adjustable heights and mounting options for low-profile conveyors. Stand selection brings together belt height, conveyor support and access for belt changes or adjustments.

Stand choices
Aluminum stands
Aluminum stands have an anodized finish and adjustable height. Options include custom heights, mounting styles, base designs, stabilizing feet and casters.
Steel stands
Steel stands have a powder-coated finish and height-adjustable legs for leveling or inclined arrangements. Floor-mount plates, casters and custom height configurations are available.
Mounting options
Casters and horizontal braces
Fixed and swivel casters are available. The support-stand literature specifies a horizontal brace tying two stands together when they are not bolted to the floor or when casters are installed.
Stand-base mounts for inclines
Stand-base mounts provide adjustment for inclined applications. The documented arrangement is not recommended for conveyors over 6 ft (1829 mm) unless the tail end is supported.
The stand is separate from the stand-base mount.
Custom heights and bases
Custom heights, mounting styles and base arrangements can be selected around the conveyor layout. Aluminum options include stabilizing feet and different base-plate sizes or materials.

Height to the top of the belt
The documented support-stand arrangement provides ±2 in (51 mm) adjustment around the specified belt height. The selected stand and mounting drawing determine the applicable adjustment envelope.
Load capacity and support spacing depend on the complete assembly.
Preset height stops
Stops allow the next height position to be preset before loosening the fasteners that hold the conveyor. The layout retains access to the stops and supporting fasteners.
Adjustment follows the applicable equipment instructions.
Integration with the conveyor
Conveyor Technologies positions the supports around the conveyor, accessories and product load, including any incline or overhang. Stand and brace locations also affect access to the surrounding equipment.

Documentation and support
The applicable support-stand, brace and mounting information determines the assembly's dimensions and attachment details.
