Using these documents
Use a brochure to explore a product's construction and options. For a dimensional question, look for the drawing and its named configuration. The belt-adjustment instructions and torque chart have separate sections below so their purpose and application context stay with the document.
Some documents show an earlier address; use the contact details on this website. For a manual or help finding the right document, you can start with a description of your conveyor.
Belt tension and tracking
The document titled Increase Tension / Re-track Belting concerns belt adjustment. The applicable procedure depends on the installed conveyor, belt and tensioning arrangement.
For an existing conveyor, start with its identifier or a description of the equipment. Match the document to the conveyor before making an adjustment.
Torque and load
The Torque Load Chart concerns conveyor load-carrying capacity and drive torque. Its application depends on the conveyor bed, incline and drive arrangement; a chart value alone does not establish the capacity of a complete conveyor.
