Features and benefits
Internal LED backlighting
High-intensity light-emitting diode (LED) modules shine through a translucent belt to form a bright, uniform inspection background. This light field illuminates part profiles and appearance for manual inspection or an automated vision system. Viewed by an overhead camera, products appear as silhouettes against the illuminated belt.
The LED modules resist damage induced by shock or vibration. They operate without frequency oscillation, supporting their use with high-speed digital cameras.
2-Minute Belt Change with Open-Stand Mounting
When mounted on Conveyor Technologies' open stand design, AccuVision allows a two-minute belt change.
Low-profile construction
At 2.28 in (58 mm) high, the low-profile conveyor body fits into inspection layouts where space is limited.
T-slot accessory mounting
The dual tee-slots in the extruded aluminum side rails provide mounting points for auxiliary devices.
Low-maintenance bearings
AccuVision uses sealed-for-life bearings for low-maintenance operation.

Belt width and illuminated width are separate dimensions. Conveyor Technologies helps select the carrying surface and illuminated inspection area for your parts. The 6 and 12 in belt options correspond to 152 and 305 mm.
The supply value above applies to the LED modules. Drive power and controls are separate specifications.
