Synchronous Indexing and Reversing

AccuMove supports three motion functions:

Indexing: Intermittent movement between operating positions.
Synchronous movement: Multiple conveyors moving together.
Reversing: Travel in either direction.

Self-Tracking and Tension Calibration

Each unit combines a self-tracking belt arrangement with precision tension calibration. The calibration system provides a reference for setting belt tension.

Reinforced Belting and Sealed Bearings

Solid urethane timing belts contain steel or Kevlar tension members and a nylon coating. Bearings are sealed for life.

Single-Piece Steel Frame

A powder-coated, single-piece 10-gauge steel frame supports the conveyor. Optional aluminum dual T-slot rails provide accessory mounting on each side.

The 25-tooth drawing gives overall length as L + 1 in, where L is nominal length. Part holders increase overall length, and the illustrated base arrangements exclude optional dual T-slot rails.

Welded Profiles and Removable Holders

Welded-profile and removable-holder configurations are available on special order.

Welded profiles: Product-contact profiles attached to the belt.
FlexLoc holders: Removable machined holders or sub-plates for user-supplied holders.

For FlexLoc on AccuMove, holder pitch must be in 10 mm increments. Tool-free removal applies to the holders and sub-plates.

Belt width and overall conveyor width are separate dimensions. Belt speed is a travel speed, not an indexing cycle rate or positioning-accuracy rating.
