Wire Mesh Belt Conveyor
Move small hot parts or drain wet and oily components on a stainless steel wire mesh belt. Its 60% open flow area supports heating, cooling and fluid drainage, with rounded supporting surfaces that minimize contact with the product.
Individually replaceable belt sections and optional internal spray washing support maintenance and cleaning.

Features and benefits
Open Belt for Airflow and Drainage
The belt's 60% open flow area lets air and fluids pass through the conveying surface. Rounded, contoured product supports minimize contact during heating, cooling and draining.
A single-piece lateral spiral gives the belt stiffness across its width. This supports the belt over frame openings provided for air or fluid flow.
Individually Replaceable Belt Sections
Damaged modular sections can be replaced individually. Belt-section replacement requires access to the belt joints and return path.
Positive-Traction and Centering Drive
A stainless steel drive pulley provides positive traction and belt centering. A flanged, bearing-mounted idler supports the belt.
Sealed Bearings and Drives
The bearings and drives are sealed for life and require no further lubrication. Cleaning, inspection and belt-section replacement still require access.
