Multi-Flex VSC Variable Shape Conveyors
Multi-Flex VSC combines horizontal, inclined and declined sections to move products between elevations. Its modular frame assembles into eight layouts, with rigid-side or flex-side belting, cleat choices and configurable section lengths.

Features and benefits
Repositionable Sections and Adjustable Elevations
The frame sections can be repositioned to form different layouts, with 0.31 in steel transition plates supporting their alignment. A horizontal section can be selectively assembled 7.5° up or down to set its position within the layout.
Tracking Through Transitions
Self-cleaning roller vee guides guide the belt through the changes in slope. Calibration plates provide references for belt settings. A guard/wiper limits particle entry into the hold-down roll zone, while the belt's high lateral stiffness resists deformation.
Tool-Free Belt Removal
The belt-removal system provides access without tools. Tool-free guide mounting also aids endless-belt removal. Belt removal requires access to the guides, transitions and return path.
Sealed Bearings and Knurl-Free Pulleys
Sealed-for-life bearings remove routine bearing lubrication. The pulley design omits knurling. Inspection and cleaning access remain necessary.

Frame-section length, horizontal footprint and elevation change are different dimensions. For HIH and HDH sizing, the minimum lower-level height is 4-6 in depending on cleat height.
