Features and benefits
Cleats for Incline Flow and Product Separation
Cleats separate products along the belt as it advances. They support uphill material flow and provide spacing for product segregation, counting and timing at the next operation.
Quick Belt Replacement
The endless belt can be replaced without removing the drive or dismantling the conveyor from its stands. The belt-removal path needs to remain accessible.
Sidewall and Cleat-Entry Construction
The inner sidewalls are UHMW lined. The Type C design has no pinch point at the cleat entry. This describes the cleat entry, not guarding for the complete installation.
Sealed Bearings
Bearings are sealed and lubricated for life, so routine bearing lubrication is not required. Inspection, belt replacement and cleaning still need accessible space.

Type C supports incline material flow, product spacing, counting, timing and segregation.
