Define a consistent product path with a fixed rail arrangement. Fixed Side Guides combine a selected rail profile and mounting bracket with UHMW contact surfaces for the product being conveyed.

Set the product-contact height
The rail profile and bracket establish where the guide meets the product. Rail height, mounting height and the space between the guides describe different parts of the arrangement.
Modular rails and accessories
Rails can be removed and replaced as the arrangement changes. Lane dividers, end stops and other modular accessories provide additional ways to guide or contain the product.
Options and configuration
Rail profiles and brackets
The modular-guide brochure lists standard, medium and high bracket arrangements. Its 3 in F rails and 4 in G rails require medium or high brackets. Conveyor Technologies matches the profile and bracket to the needed product contact.
Liners and cushioning
UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) provides the sliding contact surface between rail and product, reducing frictional drag. Standard and high-temperature liners and cushioning options are available. Conveyor Technologies helps match the liner to product contact, temperature and cleaning exposure.

Installation and service access
Access to the rail fasteners allows a worn rail or liner to be replaced within the modular arrangement. Conveyor Technologies positions the brackets around nearby drives and machine components so those service points remain accessible.
