2-Axis Adjustable Side Guides with Hold-down
Add guidance above the product as well as along its sides. This arrangement combines adjustable side guides with a hold-down selected around the product's height and permissible contact.

How it fits your conveyor
Side and upper guidance
Side guides establish the path along the belt; the hold-down rail sits above the product. Conveyor Technologies helps position these surfaces around the part or package, including areas that must remain free of contact.
Position the guiding surfaces
Two-axis adjustment changes guide width and contact height. The hold-down length, rod mounting and locking arrangement are coordinated with the product and the available access around it.
Options and configuration
Guide hardware and presets
The modular system includes screw-adjustable and quick-set arrangements. Optional tool-free hardware and preset collars can support product changes. Collars establish two lateral positions, but adjusting the collars requires tools.
Materials and contact options
The adjustable guide uses anodized aluminum brackets and UHMW contact surfaces. Standard and high-temperature UHMW liner options and custom configurations allow the contact arrangement to be matched to the application.

Installation and service access
The upper rail introduces adjustment points above the product as well as beside the belt. Conveyor Technologies coordinates the rods and locks with overhead equipment, the machine frame and access for product changes. The applicable guide drawing establishes the contact positions and clearances.
