2-Axis Adjustable Side Guides
Change guide width and contact height as product sizes change. Two-axis side guides provide lateral and vertical adjustment, with screw-adjustable and quick-set arrangements in the modular system.

How it fits your conveyor
Width and height adjustment
Lateral adjustment changes the space between guides. Vertical adjustment changes the guide's contact height above the belt. These are separate movements, so the rail can be positioned for the product being conveyed.
Guided adjustment
Guided, non-rotating cross blocks keep the adjustment mechanism aligned. Quick-set arrangements are offered with 4 in or 6 in rods, selected around the guide position and the space available beside the conveyor.
Options and configuration
Optional tool-free hardware
Tool-free hardware is available for guide adjustments. Optional collars establish two preset lateral positions for changing between products. Setting or adjusting the collars themselves requires tools.
Contact surfaces and modular accessories
Standard and high-temperature UHMW liners, custom configurations and detachable arrangements are available. Conveyor Technologies helps select the profile, brackets and accessories around the product and cleaning access.

Installation and service access
Guide rods and locking points need space for the selected adjustment. Conveyor Technologies helps coordinate the guide travel with the machine frame, guarding and access to conveyor components.
The applicable drawing distinguishes rod length from usable guide travel and shows the bracket position for the selected conveyor. A longer rod alone does not specify the available opening between rails.
