How it fits your conveyor
Right-angle machine fit
The reducer turns the drive path through a right angle, and a jaw coupling connects its output to the conveyor. This places the motor and conveyor connection in different directions within the installation. The alloy casing encloses the reducer; mounts and coupling access form part of the surrounding layout.
Drive duty and conveyor movement
Moving the product is only part of the drive’s task. Holders, incline and repeated starts also affect the required output and operating duty. Conveyor Technologies evaluates these relationships to select the motor and gearing. Drive output and conveyor load capacity depend on that complete arrangement.
Options and configuration
AC and DC options
Motor choices include 230/460V three-phase AC and 90V DC options. The motor and electrical supply are matched as part of the selected drive package.
Adjustable-speed operation
Variable-speed operation is available for processes that need a change in conveyor pace. The controller, motor and gearing determine the usable operating range and the commands needed from the machine.

The power range is a package reference. Conveyor Technologies confirms the actual motor, reduction ratio and duty for the selected conveyor; it is not a conveyor load or belt-speed rating.
Installation and service access
The jaw coupling, reducer mounts and motor connections are separate access points. Their placement determines how the drive can be inspected and reached for removal within the machine. Conveyor Technologies coordinates those access points with the supports, guards and cable route.
For replacement inquiries, the existing motor, gearbox and conveyor identifiers help distinguish the installed package. The applicable drawing and equipment instructions govern the final installation.
